Pre-clearance Surveys

Clearing for an approved residential dwelling near Tathra, NSW South CoastIn many circumstances, a Pre-clearance Surveys is required when clearing native vegetation and are usually conducted directly prior to vegetation removal or construction commencing. This requirement is usually detailed as a Consent Condition of a Development Application, especially when hollow-bearing trees.
